Job Role: Implementation Specialist - Procore
Job Responsibilities includes:
➢ A knowledge expert on Procore platform.
➢ Meeting with clients during the sale process of requirement gathering as SME to collect data & other information required to create the SOW for implementation.
➢ Work with Client post sales to configure the solution accordingly.
➢ Creating a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely configuration of customized software systems.
➢ Communicating with clients throughout the software customization process to obtain feedback and approvals.
➢ Customizing software systems based on clients’ needs and specifications.
➢ Educating clients on how to use Procore software systems and customized system features.
➢ Creating a specialized document for each client, detailing all customizations made.
➢ Ensuring that the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones.
➢ Providing cost and time estimates to clients who require additional customizations to be done.
➢ User initiation and all necessary requirement to ensure project go-live.
➢ Complete Procore Certification and keeping abreast with Procore fast product updates/developments
➢ Ability to be a coach to aspiring team member /customer user seeking expertise on Procore solution.
➢ Evangelize with customer for better solution adoption.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
o Graduate / Diploma holder in computer science, construction engineering or any related field.
o Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
o Ability to manage multiple projects at once, changing priorities and tight schedules.
o Knowledge of the construction industry is considered an asset.
o Proficiency in Procore or other similar PIMS software
o Proven experience working as an Implementation Specialist.
o The ability to multitask effectively.
o The ability to work independently & as part of a team.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Exceptional communication & Customer facing skill
o This is a customer-faced role & may involve travelling.
o Salary negotiable
o Location – Mumbai
