He brings rich experience from leading organizations including EY, Oracle, Wipro, and Reliance, and focuses on building strong client partnerships, driving practical innovation, ensuring consistent, high-quality project delivery, and achieving lasting client satisfaction.
Tushar Kapadia
Tushar Kapadia is the Co-Founder and CTO of i3dc Solutions, leading the company’s technology strategy and product innovation. An ex-Head of Applications at L&T Energy, he brings deep enterprise and infrastructure experience, focusing on building scalable, secure digital platforms that drive reliability, performance, and quality delivery across projects.
